Il Respiro dell’Arte (Istituto Italiano di Cultura)

The Italian Institute for Culture in Amsterdam, together with the Art Commission and Breed Art Studio, is honoured to finally welcome to the Netherlands Il Respiro dell’Arte, the second edition of the art exhibition that made its first appearance at Palazzo Ducale, in Genoa.

This artistic project, born during the lockdown caused by the Covid pandemic in 2020, is the product of the fruitful collaboration of artists from different countries. According to their own visions and techniques, they have been called to interpret and create what is – and will remain – the symbol of the fight against the virus: the mask. Il Respiro dell’Arte is curated by Virginia Monteverde and, for this second edition, benefits of the collaboration with Luca Rezzolla. The exhibition will be inaugurated on July 3 at 5.00 pm at Breed Art Studios in Amsterdam, with a ceremony that will take place outdoors, and that will be accompanied by a poetic performance by Claudio Pozzani.
