We are an active cluster of cultural institutions and embassies engaging in cultural relations with our partners in the Dutch cultural field. We promote innovative partnerships, co-creation, and capacity-building. As a community of peers coming together in working groups, we embrace the openness and diverse nature of European cultures, we address societal challenges, and advocate for long-term cultural exchange.
