The first edition of the DutchCulture Congress focuses on international cultural cooperation for municipal and provincial policymakers. What opportunities are there for creators in your region and how can you help them? What are benefits of internationalisation for municipalities and provinces, and how active are local artists, performers, and companies? It will be a day full of interactive and in-depth sessions, to inform and inspire policymakers to invest in internationalisation within their local cultural policy.
