Czech document Girl Power at Festival Blind Walls

Girl Power is a documentary about women who devote their lives to the graffiti subculture normally
dominated by males. At the heart of the documentary is the strong autobiographical story of Prague
graffiti artist – a female writer called Sany, who made the film herself, travelling around the world
over more than the seven years, making friends with women writers from different cities. A
fascinating travelogue, it gives a new perspective on a phenomenon more often characterized by the
general public as vandalism, but which can also be a way of life. This film will be presented at the
Blind Walls Festival in Breda and will be accompanied by Q&A session with directors Sany and Jan
Zajíček.
