Have you ever heard the word PechaKucha? Did you know that in Japan it’s used to refer to “chit-chat”? PechaKucha is a storytelling format that has recently gained more worldwide popularity. What is so special about it? Presenters get 6 minutes and 40 seconds each to present 20 slides about a topic in their interest. This is precisely what EUNIC Netherlands did during the 2020 DRONGO Language Festival. 12 language students took the floor to introduce their experience learning a new language, what drew them to it and how their lives have changed since then.
