In 2009, the Czech Centre and the Embassy of Austria, supported by EUNIC NL, organised a lecture and a concert to celebrate Middle-European music, and the importance of Austrian-Czech cultural exchange.

The concert, performed by the Nova Silesia ensemble, consisted of works from the archives of the noble family of Harrach, by among others Johann Joseph Fux, Giuseppe Amadori and Francesco Bartolomeo Conti.

The preceding lecture was given by musicologist Eveline Nikkels.
