With the cinema’s reopened, Goethe Institut Niederlande is organising a series of “spring classics”, in collaboration with the Filmhuis Den Haag! Starting Friday the 5th of June, they’ll host screenings of Out of Rosenheim (Bagdad Café), the 1987 classic by Percy Adlon. The film tells the story of a woman breaking up with her husband in the middle of a car-ride through the Californian desert, after which she encounters motley of characters at the dilapidated Bagdad Café.
